The following topics will be covered.
- Lead climbing; clipping techniques and what to avoid.
- Lead belaying; types of devices, soft catch, slack management.
- Sport Anchors; SRENE, pre vs. self equalization, quad.
- Lowering, cleaning & rappelling.

- Chalk (optional)
- 4 locking carabiners
- A couple-few non-locking biners
- A couple sewn runners (single length) and/or a PA (personal anchor)
- Cordellete (if this is new to you, just bring about 20ft of nylon 7mm cord)
You do not need to bring your own quick-draws for this session.
