This seminar is a basic introduction to some simpler Self Rescue techniques.

This seminar gives the student some entry level self rescue tools that may be useful while climbing. This seminar is meant to give students a head start on some easier self rescue techniques ahead of the full Self Rescue (SRC) course.  Topics may include assisted rappel, stuck ropes, risk managment, passing knots, and partner/self rescue.
