Alpine Ice/Winter Mixed is one of the modules in the Everett Intermediate Climbing Course.

This module builds off of the foundation established in the Everett Leading on Rock module and the Everett Intermediate Glacier Course.

Alpine Ice focuses on techniques used to scale moderate to steep alpine ice routes in the Cascades and beyond.

Winter/Mixed combines rock skills, ice skills, and mixed skills to scale mixed climbing routes.  Winter/Mixed also includes an emergency winter bivouac simulation.

Prerequisites: Students must have completed the Everett Leading on Rock Module and must complete the Everett Intermediate Glacier Course by the first Alpine Ice/Winter Mixed lecture on Tuesday, July 22nd.
