This rock field trip is part of the Everett Alpine Scrambling Course. Objectives include minimizing risk during off trail travel on rock, learning "Leave No Trace" principles, continuing to develop competency with map and compass, and gaining skill and strength traveling on slabs and bouldering. Participants will be practicing several basic knots with a 7 mm rope and using the rope for emergency descent over rock. ONLY STUDENTS ENROLLED in the Everett Alpine Scrambling Course are eligible for this field trip.

If you are not enrolled in the Everett course, you must seek permission from your course leadership and the Everett Course to attend.
