Uphill Training Series: Orientation and Baseline Fitness Assessment

Let's get motivated to train for summit season! Join us for the Uphill Training Series, sponsored by the Hiking Committee.

The series will focus on progressively increasing hike times and pack weight to maximize mountain endurance. Join us at Pine and Cedar on March 3rd for the Orientation and Individualized Baseline Fitness Assessment. We will use this information to guide the training plan of one to two hikes a week for the next 12 weeks. It's easier and more fun when we train together! See you on the trail!
