Mount Aix

Mount Aix is a strenuous, 12 mile round trip day hike with 4,200 feet of elevation gain. The trail goes up with a few switchbacks to views of Mount Rainier.

getting there

Drive SR 410 to Bumping River Road (Forest Road 1800). Turn south onto Bumping River Road and continue to Deep Creek Road (Forest Road 1808). Turn left and drive to the Mount Aix trailhead (3,700 ft).
