Meet at the Issaquah Transit Center parking garage NE corner at 6:45 AM

Original trip was for Bandera.  Destination changed due to weather, avy and road conditions.  Below is the original trip posting.  We ended up hiking from Issaquah High School, up the Section Line to West Tiger 3,2,1.  Then down Poo Top, One View and

We will park at Exit 42 and hike up through the forest to the summer trailhead for Bandera / Defiance.  We will then follow the summer trail to just east of Mason Creek where we branch off and follow the "abandoned" trail which is different than the Ira Spring trail (which is what you would take during the summer).  See this old Map that shows the old trail we will take rather than the new trail.

We will circle around Mason Lake either clockwise or counter clockwise depending on conditions.  If conditions are good, we will visit both the east and west peaks of Bandera.

MicroSpikes and/or crampons might be required if we get a rain/freeze cycle.
