8 am Wagonwheel lake trail head located in the Staircase area of Olympic National Park. The trail head is located in the overnight parking lot across the street from the Staircase ranger station.
This will be a trip to Wagonwheel lake. This trail is one of the steepest in the Olympics. If weather and avalanche conditions permit we may also decide to hit Cub peak or Copper peak.
