Please note that this is quite a strenuous trip, especially if there is much soft snow.

- Snowshoes with agressive points on the bottom such as MSR.
- Avalanche Becon - Required.
- Avalanche shovel and/or probe. We should have 4 of each for the group. Please bring one or both if you can
- No crampons are needed.
ROUTE:
We will park at the Summit West Ski Area, then walk under the freeway and 200 yards up the road toward Alpental just past the Salahie Ski Hill.
From there we will proceed up the hill, counter-clockwise around the back of Guye Peak and up to Cave Ridge between Guye and Snoqualmie.
If avalanche conditions are OK, we will then proceed up the south ridge of Snoqualmie.
