- Snowshoes with agressive points on the bottom such as MSR.
- Avalanche Becon is required. I have an old one I can lend out, but you really should buy one.
- Avalanche shovel and/or probe. We should have 4 of each for the group.
- Ice axe is required. The last few hundred yards of the route will require it.
- Crampons are NOT required.

We will start at Lake Annette trail, follow it up to where it crosses the train/bike path, go left for about 200 yards, then straight up through the forest to the plateau. From there we will find a route up to the basin north of the summit, cross over the NW ridge to the west side and approach the summit from the west.

In the event of "considerable" avalanche conditions, we will change the destination to Mt Catherine.
