From there continue to follow the ridge/trail pass Noble Knob, and descend via the Mutton Mtn trail. This full loop is 16 miles, 5500' gain. There is an option to shorten it at Little Ranger peak, shaving off 4 miles and some elevation. Expect a long day in any case. Only signup if you have done similar trips this winter.
