  • Winter Scramble
  • Elevation Gain: 4,100 ft
7:00 AM at Issaquah Transit Center
This will be a car shuttle trip. We will hike up the Mt Teneriffe trail, follow the ridge over to Dixey Peak and then west to Mt Si. We will then hike down the old Mt Si trail that comes out at the Little Si trailhead.

Sign-up preference given to those people that have never been on a Winter Scramble OR have never hiked up Mt Teneriffe.
If you are new to Winter Scrambling or new to this peak, please sign-up as soon as it is open(11/26). Otherwise please wait until 9:00 AM on Tuesday December 3rd. to sign-up.

The pace will be moderate, but the trail up this peak is very steep. Don't sign-up if all you have been doing for exercise lately is cheering for the Seahawks.

The trail to the summit will likely be packed down snow or ice. Consequently, MicroSpikes or crampons required.
We will PROBABLY NOT be using snowshoes for this trip. However, if we get a bunch of low elevation snow preceding the trip, they may be required.
Meet at 7:00 AM in the northeast corner of the Issaquah Transit Center parking garage.
