Teneriffe TH at 7:30 AM

While the distance and elevation of this trip are somewhat strenuous, this scramble will be geared toward folks who have not been out a lot so far this fall/winter in order to give you a chance to sharpen your winter scramble skills. We will be maintaining a pace on the slow side of moderate, at 1000'/hour, and aim to keep it conversational, not sweating or out of breath, but also not stopping for many breaks outside of a few minutes once per hour and on the summit in order to stay warm and maintain efficiency. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, discuss gear, talk about avalanche hazards, and learn tips and tricks from each other throughout the day.
