Avalanche danger of 'Moderate' or higher above the treeline, trip will switch to Mount Rose. Meeting time and place will be the same.
7AM at Visitor Information Center- Hoodsport (150 N Lake Cushman Rd, Hoodsport, WA 98548). We will carpool as a group from here. Reaching the lower TH may require 4-wheel or AWD.

Carpooling encouraged
We'll have almost 13 hours of daylight for this, but let's get an early start and not worry about having to crank it out. Bring lunch and something hot to drink. Bring old rainpants for the excellent glissade. We'll do a little practice at the bottom of the chute on the way up.
Kitsap Scramble students have priority until March 3rd
Bring snowshoes, and crampons or microspikes to trailhead. If you don't have the required equipment listed below, you will not be allowed to participate.
