  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 9.0 mi
  • Elevation Gain: 2,700 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 4,885 ft
  • Pace: Relaxed. Slow enough to engage in conversation, fast enough to stay warm.

Tibbetts Valley Park and Ride lot (the one with the skate park) at 6:30 am.  Tibbetts Valley PnR is immediately south of, and across Newport Way from, the garage at the Issaquah Transit Center.

Destination subject to change depending on the weather, the avalanche conditions, and road closures. We will go where we need to go to find good snow for snowshoeing.  I will try to stay along the I-90 corridor, if possible.

Note on pacing. I will be 70. I only go at moderate speeds. If you are looking for a high-intensity aerobic workout, find another leader.
