7:00 AM at High Point - Exit 20
The trip will be a full hike of the "Tiger Mountain Trail". That trail runs from the popular trail head at the north end of the mountain to the south end of the mountain 16 miles and 4000' gain away.
If we have enough people and a second leader, we will do a car key swap. Otherwise we will drive a minimum number of cars to the south trail head and all hike from south to north.

If you are a scramble leader and would like to be the leader of the "other direction" group, please let me know.

I am calling this a 'scramble', because the distance, elevation gain and time of year. But its not technical at all. I would give it a 4-1 on the Scramble scale.

If the weather is nasty, we will change the trip to a shorter loop trip on trails you probably have never been on and will include a snack break at the "hiker's hut".

As for gear, plan on rain. An umbrella and gaiters would be a good idea, so would some dry socks. Lots of food and water might be nice also. And if we see some low elevation snow, a pair of yak-traks / micro-spikes will be required. Leave the snowshoes at home.

Let's meet at High Point. I-90, Exit 20, turn right on the frontage road and go 100 meters, (don't drive all the way to the trail head).
A Discover Pass is not required where we meet up, but for the cars that go all the way to the north trailhead a pass is required. I don't know what the requirement at the south trail head is, (18085 Tiger Mountain Rd SE, Issaquah, WA)
