Please bring both crampons and microspikes (faster to put on), in addition to snowshoes. Please bring avy gear if you have it (beacon, probe, and shovel). We will need to keep a relatively brisk pace so that we can return to the cars by 4:30pm (gate closes at 5pm).

Backup plan if gate is not open is TumTum, a peak near the Longmire area.
