Training slog to Camp Muir! Now that Mount Rainier is open again, let's get up there and enjoy it. This is a strenuous trip, due not only to the 4,600' gain in 4 miles (8 miles RT), but that the oxygen level drops to about half of that at sea-level by the time you get up there. So be prepared for what you sign up for! Leader: Frank Jesseph, alpinescrambler@gmail.com (email is best contact method). P.S. Snowshoes, crampons, etc. are not required, nor are they discouraged. Use your own preferred method of foot travel on snow. But NO SKIS, please.
