Trip

Whitewater Packraft - South Fork Stillaguamish River: Silly Stilly

For Class III paddlers. We will add a few miles to the standard Silly Stilly by putting in at Marten Creek and taking out at Verlot Campground. This will add 3 miles of class II and a couple more rapids below Blue Bridge, making for an 11 river mile reach.

  • Class III River
  • Moderate
  • Mileage: 11.5 mi
  • Elevation Gain: -440 ft
  • High Point Elevation: 1,400 ft

If you have not run a class III river with me before, leader permission required. When asking for leader permission tell me about your class II/III packrafting experience.

Both of the named rapids can be portaged.

If gauge is below 5.3 ft. or above 6.5 ft. we may reroute.

We will meet at Granite Falls IGA in the morning, not too early. Details to follow.
