Urban Adventure - Smith Tower

We will meet in the lobby of the Smith Tower at 9:50am. The address is 506 2nd Street, Seattle.

Tickets cost $20 for adults and $16 for seniors over age 65. You cannot buy tickets online for a Saturday and the ticket counter at the tower opens at 10am.

We will take the elevator to the 35th floor Observatory. The Observatory (and bar) have many antiques, including the Chinese Wishing Chair (yes, you may sit in it).

From the Observatory, you can access the open-air deck with panoramic views of Seattle and Puget Sound.

We'll spend about 90 minutes or so on this floor. You can even enjoy a drink or cup of tea while you're there.

Optional: Weather permitting, we'll walk over to the Arctic Hotel and take photos of the terra cotta mounted walruses from the top floor of the parking garage.
