Northwest Trek is a great place to practice your photography skills. The trip will be slow paced with long stops for photographing animals.

Northwest Trek Eatonville, WA. Main entrance 9:10 AM. Directions will be provided in pre-trip email.

There are lots of animals to photograph, including black and grizzly bears, wolves, owls, cougar, lynx, bobcats, wolverines, porcupines, skunks, raccoons, river otters, beavers, and badgers.

Bring any photography equipment you would like to use. Feel free to ask questions during the trip. I will be checking if we can bring tripods or monopods.

The tram is running with limited capacity with social distancing in place. The tram ride is a half hour, you must stay in your seat. The tram reservations are first come, first served. We can determine if we want to ride the tram before we enter the park.

The entry cost (includes tram) is $22 for an adult, $20 for seniors if purchased online. If you pay at the gate the entry cost is $23 for adults and $21 for seniors.

At the time of the trip posting, this is a phase two trip. This is subject to change.

Masks must be worn in the park. Bring biodegradable soap or hand sanitizer.
