This workshop explores raising Mason Bees for pollination. These bees do not sting or swarm!

Meet at 1pm at 314 NE 57th St, Seattle. This is a private residence and has 36 steps from sidewalk to front door. Ring bell upon arrival. We will start promptly at 1:15pm.

In this workshop, I will explain the life cycle of mason bees, how they are a crucial pollenators, equipment used to raise and care for these bees, and harvesting cocoons. We'll also discuss the pros and cons of raising mason bees instead of honey bees.
