Gym closed? Get an outdoor, after-hours cardio and leg workout! Challenge yourself with a one hour conditioning workout with a friendly, supportive group on the Howe Street Stairs in Capitol Hill. All fitness levels welcomed! Rain or shine.

Meet at the top of the Howe St Stairs (810 E Howe St, Seattle, WA 98102) at 6:00 PM ready to workout.

Stair climbing is one of the most efficient activities for improving leg strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's a great low-impact way to get your heart rate up in a short amount of time. We'll do a couple of warm-up reps then you're free to do as many repetitions as you wish within 30-45 minutes at your own pace. Wear a weighted pack for a bigger challenge.

Please wear a mask or neck gaiter when passing people.
