We will meet at the Greenwood Fred Meyer parking lot at 85th and Greenwood at 8:45 am. The field trip will begin at 8:50 and go until 11:30. We may find a place to have lunch after the conclusion of the field trip.
I will be waiting in the Fred Meyer parking lot with an MT sign for easy location.
The 26th annual Greenwood Car Show claims to have a 1.5 miles of cars to view. Greenwood Avenue will be closed from 90th N to 68th street N. There will also be classic police and fire vehicles, and perhaps a hydroplane or two. Food, drink, vendors, a kids zone are also part of this event. This field trip will be a combination of street and classic car photography. It will get very crowded as the day proceeds, especially if the weather is nice, so pack light.
Required Equipment
Water, snacks, appropriate outerwear and sturdy shoes, camera, batteries, and memory cards.
