Urban Adventure - Capitol Land Trust
Fall Family Picnic at CLT's Bayshore Preserve just outside of Shelton. Join us to walk the preserve, celebrate the giant trees with stories under the giant oak/fir, Family Fir Tree Fotos, tree matching game, and fun food.

Picnic runs from 3-6pm, with family hiking, photos and plant finding challenges from 3-4:30 and potluck dinner around 4:30, followed by story telling and photos.
Potluck featuring our special tree treats! Bring your family's favorite salad, bread, or dessert to share. We will provide two hot soups and beverages (water, tea, cider).
Please bring your own mess kit with bowls, utensils, plates, mugs---we would like to have zero garbage if possible.
Bring chairs for relaxing and/or a blanket to sit/lie on.
Dress for the weather.
Will carry on if a light sprinkle but be cancelled if significant rain.
Required Equipment
Dress for being outside until dusk.
You will be encouraged to walk the trails, so wear trail shoes.
