Red Town Trailhead, 5:30pm. Meet at the info sign board.
We'll wait about 10 minutes and hit the trail by 5:40pm. Please text/call if you're running late.
Casual / easy run at Cougar Mountain. We'll start from Red Town trailhead, go along Wild Side, and up Marshall's Hill.
It's mostly rolling hills, with 1 larger uphill (Marshall's Hill) and a downhill, each about 1/4 mile long and a few hundred feet of elevation gain/loss respectively.
Pace will be casual at about 12 - 14 minutes per mile.
