Frontcountry Trail Run - Wilderness Peak Loop

We will meet at the Jim Whittaker Wilderness Peak Trailhead at 6:00pm. No parking pass required.
Directions from I-90
Take Exit 15 and drive south on SR-900 (17th Avenue NW and then Renton-Issaquah Road SE) for 3.3 miles. Look for the trailhead sign and an asphalt driveway that goes uphill to the right.
Please bring a headlamp as we may be returning in darkness and\or it can be hard to see in the twilight in the trees!
This run will happen rain or shine.
Please note: the leader is willing to do this loop twice if participants are interested. Otherwise we will stick to doing one circuit of this loop.
Route
Wilderness Creek Trail to the Wilderness Cliffs Trail, then rejoin the Wilderness Peak Trail, connecting to the Wilderness Creek trail back toward the trailhead parking lot. This is about 4 miles with 1200 feet of elevation gain.
