Frontcountry Trail Run - West Tiger Mountain No. 3
A dumb ass conditioner for climbers, scramblers, and runners. We will be power hiking up and running down West Tiger 3 following the old Tiger Mountain Dumb Ass Loop.

Meeting time 6:30.
Meet at the parking area outside the gate (Cableline TH) as there is a chance we could still be going after dark and do not want to risk getting locked in.
Parking outside the gate does not require a Discover Pass.
This is a conditioning trail run with the idea of practicing power hiking up the hills and running down at a comfortable pace. We will maintain a steady pace stopping only at major intersections and the top.
For those unfamiliar with the dumb ass loop it is: nook to section line to TMT (between WT3 & WT2) to K3 to TMT & back to the TH.
We should have a fair amount of daylight, but make sure to bring a functioning light as there is a chance we could still be going in the dark. I will send out an email with more suggestions a couple of days before the trip once we have a better sense of the weather.
