Meet at the North High Point TH at 3 PM
We'll be running the Grand Ridge Half Marathon course, which is roughly 13 miles and 2,100 feet of gain. When I did this race last November I came in with 11 minute overall pace including stops. We won't be racing so could be a little slower though I would like to push on the hills a bit.
I will be bringing my dog, Theo, who knows these trails well. Be warned that this trail has lots of mtn bike traffic so we'll likely have to deal with bikes head to/from Duthie.
Finally, it will have recently rained so the trail is likely going to be a little sloppy in places. It's also going to be chilly so please layer appropriately.
