Meet at the RedTown Trailhead off Lakemont Boulevard in New Castle, ready to go at 6:30 pm. Please be prompt. No parking pass required.  The trail head has two sanicans, but no other facilities. 

 This event is meant for women new to the sport of trail running. We’ll run an easy pace on Cougar’s gently rolling trails, past a lovely waterfall in a lush forest. The Coal Creek Falls Loop  is a mix of gravel trail and rooty single-track.  Expect some muddy areas.  Sunset is 7:45 pm, but the woods get darker earlier, so please bring a head lamp. Be prepared for the conditions, it could be cold, wet, or balmy!
