Meet at the Red Town Trailhead on Cougar Mountain (https://goo.gl/maps/fWHK9ssGhy92). Run starts at 5:30pm, so get there with enough time to put on shoes / pack / jacket, and make a porta-pit-stop if needed. I'll arrive 10-15 minutes early, so don't worry about waiting in the dark alone.
There's a decent bit of uphill packed into this 10k (6.2mi) route. Pace will be power-hiking the ups, and running the downhills at a comfortable speed for the conditions. Be prepared for wet, muddy trails. I expect this run to take about 90 minutes, so bringing water and a snack would be a good idea.
