The Nisqually Land Trust and Nisqually River Education Project need your help to plant over 3,000 native trees and shrubs this fall! These trees and shrubs will help restore critical habitat in the beautiful Nisqually Watershed.

These planting dates take place at our Yelm Shoreline Protected Area, which is located near Yelm. Last year, we planted 500 native trees and shrubs at this site with the help of local Girl Scouts, but there's more work to do!

On each of the planting dates besides Saturday, November 7th, there is a morning shift and afternoon shift. Feel free to sign up for as many shifts as you'd like!

Please use our Eventbrite link here to register.

Upon registration with Eventbrite (link above), you will receive directions to the event.

If you have any questions, send Volunteer Coordinator, Susannah, an email at volunteer@nisquallylandtrust.org.

We will have COVID-19 safety protocols in place such as 6+ foot distancing, masks when we are gathered as a group, sterilization of tools, no shared snacks, and limited group sizes. Bring your own gloves and snacks! We can't wait to see you there!

If you have any questions, send Volunteer Coordinator, Susannah, an email at volunteer@nisquallylandtrust.org.
