Stewardship - Woodard Bay
We will be volunteering for the WA Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to clear the Woodard Bay Trail of several fallen trees using the Crosscut Saw.

For those who are not familiar with the Woodard Bay Trail (located at the Northern terminus of the Chehalis Western Trail) will meet at the Friends Meeting House on Boston Harbor Rd at 8:45 a.m.
Those familiar with Woodard Bay Trail will meet at the parking area for the Loop Trail on Woodard Bay Road at 9:00 a.m.
NOTE: A hike of the trail system may follow for those interested in seeing this special Natural Resources Conservation Area.
We will be following the latest COVID-19 Guidance Updated 11.16.2020 which provides for Phases 2 & 3: Maximum Group size of up to 8 people, including trip leader(s) and instructor(s). We will review the COVID-19 Protocol in a separate communications with those who sign up for this activity.

Required Equipment
Tools, hard hat, long sleeves and pants, work gloves, work boots (hiking boots) and eye protection are required. The required PPE for trail work will be provided for those who do not have their own.
