Stewardship - Twin Rivers Ranch Preserve (Shelton)

We are currently working to finish up a major restoration project that involved planting over 3,000 native plants! For this event, we will be placing plant protectors and mulch around new plants to help protect them from small rodents and from drying out in the summer. Are you in?

Tools, gloves, light snacks, homemade soup, and tea will be provided. If you have a hammer/mallet, could you bring it? It will be used for hammering stakes into the ground. We will be outside rain or shine so be dressed in appropriate clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. Rubber boots or sturdy shoes are helpful as the site is muddy! Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
