Planning meeting and hike at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. Meet at 9:00 am at the Visitor Center to exchange ideas on conservation and stewardship projects for the year.
We have arranged a brief presentation by staff on the history of the Refuge and the status of the Estuary Restoration. A hike of the refuge grounds follows. The birding is great this time of year.
The Conservation Committee will meet to discuss 2015 projects.
