Stewardship - Mount Rose

This is log-out only project to clear Mt Rose of multiple downed trees. We will be working on 8 to 10 trees below the Horse Camp part of the trail. Assessment will be done on a very large tree across the trail for possible removal or future removal.

We will meet at Haggen's Grocery Store in Olympia, at 1313 Cooper Point Road, SW at 750AM with a departure time of 8 AM.  Meeting location is on the east side of the parking lot, nearest to Black Lake Blvd.  We will take 2 cars to accommodate our team of 4 people. 

Bring your hard hat if you have one, otherwise one will be provided.  Leather work gloves, eye protection, lunch, water and snacks.

 

 

 

 

Required equipment: sturdy work boots, gloves, eye protection/safety glasses, long shirt & long pants, adequate water/hydration,  snacks & lunch, 10 Essentials.
