This is an invitation to take part in the Stewardship Challenge. The Olympia Branch is challenging each member to give a day of service in support of our wild areas. A recent hiking trip up to the lake we came across numerous downed trees across the trail impeding travel. We are asking you to join us in helping to restore this loved and maintained trail at Lower Lena Lake.
Technical skills: We will be working with loppers, pulaski’s, handsaws, rakes, mclouds, hand pruners, and other tools. You don’t have to be an expert; we will teach you how to use these tools in a safe manner.
