Stewardship - Lonseth Preserve (Olympia)

Join us for a breath of fresh air at Lonseth Preserve! Since Capitol Land Trust purchased the property in 2011, we have been working to achieve old growth characteristics by salvaging, replanting and thinning the forest. Thinning promotes faster and larger tree growth by opening up the canopy! Before we can thin out more trees, we need to carve access paths so that later work parties can get to the trees.
