Join us and Sound Salmon Solutions in American Legion Memorial Park for a family-friendly interactive lesson on how healthy forests are important for salmon, and why salmon are important for healthy forests. Then work toward our goal of healthy forested lands in Everett by joining us for a volunteer party in the Everett Park’s greenhouses. We will be preparing native plants for future forest planting events.

What to bring: Come dressed to work outside (rain or shine) with sturdy shoes. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Tools, work gloves, a spread of snacks will be provided.

Where to meet: From Alverson Blvd, turn east on 2nd street, and take a right into the parking lot. We will congregate at the greenhouses at the south end of the park.

Youth volunteers: If you are under 18 and attending the event without a parent or guardian, please come to the event with a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or guardian .
