We look forward to working with you at Tenas Creek! Tenas Creek is located in the Nisqually Land Trust's Mount Rainier Gateway Protected Area, just a few miles from the Mount Rainier National Park entrance. We'll be removing vinca minor, an invasive ground cover plant, from the Tenas Creek shoreline.

This 3-hour long work party will take place from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., but participants will receive 4 volunteer hours to account for drive time.

Our work parties are rain or shine! Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and closed-toed shoes. Rubber boots are recommended since we'll be working near a creek and wetland area.

We will provide pre-packaged snacks and all required tools. Minors are welcome as long as they are accompanied by an adult.

You MUST register through EVENTBRITE as well in order to receive specific site directions and secure your spot.  Register here!

No special skills or experience required.  All are welcome!
