Sea Kayak - Totten Inlet & Oyster Bay

We will paddle one way, from Oyster Bay to Arcadia boat ramp.   We will meet at Kennedy Creek between 8:45 and 9:00, then set up car shuttle.   Further details about the plan will be communicated with participants.

High tide is about 16 ft at launch time so we will make minimal impact while launching.    It should be a beautiful paddle.   Weather forecast will be monitored and the plan adjusted if necessary.

This paddle is open to covid vaccinated individuals only.

  1. Flotation in both ends of the kayak
  2. U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
  3. Paddle
  4. Spray skirt
  5. Bilge pump with flotation
  6. Self-rescue paddle float
  7. Waterproof whistle
  8. Dry suit with warm insulating layers underneath
  9. Lunch
