General meander to Coupville. We won't have time for a full sit-down lunch. Probably go to Captain Coupe’s Park & Boat Launch, 600 NE 9th St, Coupeville, WA where we know we can land. There are restrooms there. https://whidbeycamanoislands.com/activities/captain-coupe-park/
Show up at Monroe Landing south of Oak Harbor, 519 W Scenic Heights Rd, Oak Harbor, WA, at 9am. This should provide enough time for folks to break camp, drive 20 minutes from Deception Pass campground, kayak for the day, then take either the Clinton or Coupeville ferry home.
No permit required to park in unpaved lot.
Cobble beach, no stairs.
No restrooms, no water.
Plan to bring your food and drink.
