We will meet at Burton Acres/ Jenson Pt Park at 8:30 AM and be ready to launch by  9:30.

Be prepared for  a beautiful day on the water with the variable conditions that late winter paddles can bring! You should be comfortable with some wind and waves as the southeast side of the island is exposed. There is a short portage over the "neck" between Maury Island and Vashon. It is easily hand carried but kayak wheels can be useful.
