Misery Point Boat Ramp 1/2 mile east of Scenic Beach State Park. Be ready to launch by 9am.
From the boat ramp at Misery Point, we will paddle southeast to Stavis Bay and then cross Hood Canal to Quatsap Point and Pleasant Harbor. We will then follow the shore north to Dosewallips River where we will cross the mouth of Dabob Bay over to Tskutsko Point. Heading east, we will round Oak Head and continue past Fisherman Harbor to Hazel Point. From there we will cross Hood Canal again to Anderson Landing Preserve and then follow the shore back past Seabeck to Misery Point.
Expect to be back at the launch at around 4pm.

Required Equipment
These eight essentials plus The Ten Essentials are required on all sea kayaking trips. All but the whistle and clothing should be provided with any kayak rental.
- Floatation in both ends of the kayak
- U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
- Paddle
- Spray skirt
- Bilge pump with floatation
- Self-rescue paddle float
- Waterproof whistle
- Appropriate clothing for the conditions encountered seasonally
