Meet at Cornet Bay at 8:00 am

Shore talk

  1.   current cycle, eddies, Peel-outs, ferries
  2. current and tide tables, 50% 90% rule

Practice on the water eddy turns, ferries and S turns while waiting for the ebb to decay.

Head over to Pass Island by 9:30 to practice at eddy line at the west end of the Island . Lunch at 11:00. Practice in building flood at Pass Island then head down to Strawberry Island to practice on the eddy lines at North End. Leave Strawberry Island by 1:00 and return to Cornet Bay.

Prepare for immersion. Expect to get wet.

Be prepared to assist in a rescue in moving water
