This is a Phase 2 Paddle We’ll be departing from Joemma Beach State Park, Key Peninsula Southwest to Dana Passage south end of Harstine Island. Riding the currents both ways.

Please dress appropriately ( dry Suit required)
Bring something warm to drink and a lunch
let’s get out and have some fun😀
Be sure to bring your normal ten essentials
Bring if you have these:
FM radio
tow belt

This trip is only open to those Who live locally (within 125 miles of Joemma Beach State Park).
This trip will be updated if County guidelines change in advance of the trip.

Required Equipment
These eight essentials plus The Ten Essentials are required on all sea kayaking trips. All but the whistle and clothing should be provided with any kayak rental.
- Floatation in both ends of the kayak
- U.S. Coast Guard approved Personal Flotation Device (PFD)
- Paddle
- Spray skirt
- Bilge pump with floatation
- Self-rescue paddle float
- Waterproof whistle
- Appropriate clothing for the conditions encountered seasonally
