Open Backpack - Vantage
It's an all ladies early season 3 day backpack. I did it last year and the area was surprisingly more lovely than anticipated. Let's start getting ready for the harder stuff this summer. Thanks to Rob Erikson for introducing me to this route. Please read leader's notes.

Day 1: Blue route - 5.6mi/+600' -1188'
Day 2: Red route - 10.4mi/+1359' -1330'
Day 3: Violet route - 4.5mi/+600' -356'
Day 3: Optional turquoise routeafter reaching the TH - 6.25mi/+1005 - 1005'

TBD, but it will be on the earlier side. Please be ready to drive if needed as this trip requires a 30 minute shuttle from Frenchmen Coulee to Evergreen Reservoir.
Required Equipment
The Ten Essentials plus overnight gear which may include:
- Sleeping bag
- Sleeping pad
- Water filter
- Bear canister or extra stuff sack and cord designated for hanging food
- Cooking pot/pan with plate and utensils
- Toilet paper and shovel or blue bag to deal with waste
