On Friday, we will backpack through the forest 3 miles to Camp Alava and make camp. Saturday morning, low tide is at 10 a.m. and we will have plenty of time to explore this amazing place. We will either hike the 9-mile loop back to Camp Alava, then hike out Sunday morning, or backpack  to Lake Ozette (6 miles) and head out Saturday late afternoon.

In case of heavy rain, this backpack will either be canceled or moved to a drier location.

We will meet on Friday afternoon at the Lake Ozette Trailhead. Carpools will be arranged in advance for those who are interested.
