We will walk the Watershed Park loop and may take a couple of one-way side trails to see what early flowers they hold. We will walk a slow pace that allows us to stop and look around, but there is a little elevation gain in this two mile loop; I will be wearing good boots and bringing my trekking poles in addition to the Ten Essentials. If you like you can bring a snack that is easily eaten while on the trail, but we will not be stopping for an extended snack or meal. You might consider bringing wildflower, tree, or bird apps on your phone, binoculars, and magnification loops. This hike will be cancelled or rescheduled if heavy rain or high winds are in the forecast.
Meeting location and time will be sent to registered participants three days prior to the trip. There is no parking pass or fee at this location.
