Wildflower trip but there are also birds, insects, trees and other plants, too. PRIORITY to INW2025 students until May 10. INW2025 students contact trip leader to be added to roster by May 10. After May 10, trip open to all Mountaineer members. IMPORTANT - read Leader's notes.

- Your Mountaineers activity list must show recent hikes with similar distance & gain. Without this capability, you will be taken off the roster. Safety is a priority. Tracks recorded on GPS apps are acceptable (word-of-mouth is not acceptable).
- INW2025 students must contact leader prior to May 10 to be added to roster.
- After May 10, trip is open to all Mountaineer members – no prior experience required.
- We will practice using the apps and key provided in the INW2025 course.You will get more out of the trip by using the apps, key and/or field guide. And, binoculars (for birds).
- The above "tools" are highly recommended for all participants, INW student or not.
- 9:00AM ready to hike. Meet at intersection of Watt Canyon Rd and Kittitas Reclamtion District Rd (47.070027, -120.733817). This location is ~17 miles east of Cle Elum via I-90. Driving directions provided in “Hello Naturalist” email sent 5-7 days prior to trip.
